2024 Middle California Regional Dues

New Members & Renewing Members. $50 

Prorated - (Members joining Sept. 1-Dec. 31, 2023) $65 

Please note:

    *    Annual Regional Dues are due in January and extend from January 1- December 31. Prorarted dues are available September - December and include the following year.

    *    Complete this form any time a new member joins, a current member renews, or a member transfers from one club/center to another.

    *    A club/center transfer does require completion of the form below but does not require regional dues if they were paid through the prior club/center.

    *    MAIL this form with the applicable fees made out to Middle California Region USPC to:  Deb Kirsch, PO Box 509, Clayton, CA  94517 

    *    OR EMAIL this form and pay through Zelle using the email address:  debk@ponyclub.org. Please note in the memo the name of the Club and how many new/renewing or prorated members.

    *    Please do not send copies of the Membership Renewal Form to the MidCal Treasurer
