MidCal Eventing Rally

Announcing the Middle California Eventing Rally held in conjunction with The Summer Event At Woodside! 

Competitors must enter the USEA Event and note that they are part of the Pony Club Eventing Rally.

You must also complete a separate Pony Club Rally registration form. There is no additional fee to Pony Club for the Rally.

The closing date for the Event is July 27th.

Thurs: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Fri: Dressage-8 am. Sat: I/P Cross-country-8 am. MTChallenge/T/N/BN/Intro Show Jumping 9 am. MTraining Challenge 6 PM Sun: I/P Show Jumping-8 am. T/N/BN/Intro Cross-country 8 am.

Fees:

Draw checks to Woodside Eventing. 

Entry: Per division: AI/I: $300; P: $275; MTChallenge: $375; T/N/BN: $250; Intro: $225. 

Stabling: $200. 

Tack Stall/Non-Compete Stall: $200. 

Shavings: $11 per bag. 

Grounds Fee: $75 (non-stabled horses). 

Non-Competing Horse Fee: $100 (facility use fee).

Double Entries: $25. Teams: $5/member.

Refunds:

Before C.D.- Full Refund less $25 office fee. 

After C.D., no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded less $25 office fee. 

Competition cancellation-No refund. 

USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery ($5) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
