CANCELLED: MidCal Showjumping Rally

**CANCELLED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT REGISTRATIONS**

Registration and volunteer packet is available here. Coaches will need to complete this form; and chaperones should complete this form.

• Classes will run from 12" cross rails (lead line allowed) to 3' 9".
• Each SJ team is required to have a coach.
• Teams of under-18 members require a chaperone. The chaperone will be responsible for ensuring COVID-safe social distancing. 
• Each team must provide two adult volunteers. Senior Pony Club members (18+) are particularly invited to volunteer. There are plenty of jobs for both "horsey" and "non-horsey" adults.
• No spectators will be allowed, so volunteer if you want to watch your family member or friend compete!
• Each team will need to use a pop-up tent for a tack room. No sharing of equipment between teams will be permitted.

Closing date for entries is April 20.

NOTES

There is a horse show that is running on the same weekend as the Rally.  The two events are separate and participation in both is not possible. The rally has a separate arena, judge, warmup area, and barns.  

Participants and mounts should arrive on Friday evening.  

Due to Covid restrictions, it will be a one-day rally format for Horse Management, with tack rooms to be set up under pop-up tents.  The plan is to give the Horse Management ribbons at the end of the day on Saturday.  In order to get enough rides in to qualify as a standard rally, SJ rounds will be on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.  We hope to be done by noonish on Sunday and will award SJ team ribbons on Sunday.

Forms and fees are to be sent to Kim Goto, who is the Treasurer for the Camino Real Region. We are grateful to Kim for serving as Secretary/Treasurer for the rally.
